The new Typhoon to take over the Tornado duties, also in the line up and what was described as the last 'Battle of Britain' show(at Leuchars) by the Lancaster Bomber, accompanied by the Hurricane and Spitfire. The SRPS have put on an excellent gala event for Fathers Day, with a variety of Steam and Diesel hauled trains, with the CR and Teak coach sets out for the occasion and making a special atmosphere. A lot of pre-planning and organising on the day with plenty of shunting action to ensure the 50 minute service kept to time. Congratulations to the SRPS for running this event.
